The survey covered 3500 employees and job-seekers aged between 18 and 65, who answered questions about the 75 largest Hungarian employers. The research focused on three key areas: full brand awareness, relative attraction force (the rate of respondents who know the company and would like to work there) and absolute attraction force.
The answers also go to show that the employees would like to work primarily in the pharma and the chemical industries (covering almost 44% of the interviewed employees).
